Valentine's Day Sweet Notes
Start your family's day off on a sweet note the morning of February 14th with a collection of clever heart-shaped messages found in unexpected places. The night before, choose your hiding spots and think of a sentiment that plays off each location. Gather the whole family together to participate!
- "You are my sunshine": tape this message to your child's window so they'll see it when their blinds or curtains are opened.
- "I'm sweet on you": post this one on a honey jar or in the sugar bowl.
- "I care for you": tape to your child's Care Bear.
- "I dig you": place in your child's dump truck or bulldozer.
- "You're waves of fun": tape to your fish tank.
- "Your love makes my heart sing!": hide in a music CD
- "Bee my Honey, dear": tape to the honey jar
- "We click together!": tape to a computer screen
- "You pump me up": post on exercise equipment or videos
- "I'm sweet on you": hide in a candy bag
Use your imagination! Think of the most popular places your family visits in the house each day and make up your own pun. Half the fun is creating the sayings and chuckling about the anticipation of your family discovering the notes!
