4 Common Pregnancy Discomforts
Morning
Sickness
Relief: As soon as you awaken, eat something. During the day
have small, frequent carbohydrate snacks such as fruit or
crackers, and avoid hunger.
Heartburn
Relief: Avoiding certain foods such as fried, high in fat
or highly processed food including hot dogs, salami, sausage
and bacon. Stay away from marbled cuts of beef and pork like
